Rhodri is currently President of the National Library of Wales and was a Member of the National Assembly for Wales between May 1999 and April 2016.
Rhodri was born in Wrexham. He attended the University of Wales Aberystwyth, Bangor and Lampeter. He is a minister of religion and is also a company director. He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
