Home to approximately half a million honey bees, our Bee Garden is abuzz with activity throughout most of the year
Behind the safety of large viewing windows, you can get up close to our honey bees and hives. You can also watch a short film about life inside a hive and listen to stories about our bees, beekeeping and research carried out by Garden scientists on the honey made by our bees.
We’ll also help you decide which plants to grow in your garden to attract pollinators via our Pollination Trail. You can pick this up at the Bee Garden or any one of our model bee hives dotted in and around the Double Walled Garden.
