The National Botanic Garden of Wales (NBGW) is registered with the Charity Commission (Charity Number 036354). It is also a company limited by guarantee (Company Registration Number 2909098 and VAT Number GB692340334) and it has a wholly owned trading subsidiary, Middleton Garden Limited.
The Garden relies on support from visitor income, sponsorship, donations and grants from a wide range of individuals and organisations for our horticulture, science, conservation and education programmes.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for ensuring that the National Botanic Garden of Wales operates within the guidelines set out by the Charity Commission.
