The Project Manager is responsible, in close co-ordination with a senior and experienced supporting team, for successful delivery of the project, ensuring the rigorous standards, outcomes and outputs specified under the terms and conditions of the funding are fully met.
Helen joined the Regency Restoration Project in August 2015. Prior to joining the Garden, Helen worked in a number of jobs in the private and public sectors, including leading Welsh aspects of two of the Sector Skills Councils, working as a Co-ordinated Industrial Officer for the Cardiff University Research Institute of Low Carbon, in Human Resources, and engineering and research teams at Corus in Porth Talbot and Llanwern.
Helen has led projects across a wide range of disciplines, from engineering to research and education and training. Graduating in 1989 with a Chemistry degree, Helen has applied herself further with an MSc in Human Resource Management, and in her spare time, she has also gained a BA in English Literature degree.
