Paul is currently Secretary General with Botanic Gardens Conservation International and has recently moved to Llanwrda in Carmarthenshire.
Previously he was Special Advisor to Global Crop Diversity Trust, worked at Kew from 1997 – 2014 and led on the Millennium Seed Bank Partnership.
