Samia has had a career in leadership in the voluntary and public sectors, particularly health and social care for over 30 years. She held leadership roles in HIV/AIDS and cancer organisations. Currently she is working as a leadership consultant with a variety of charities, offering coaching and mentoring to Chief Executives and senior leaders. She is interested in improvements to management practice, diversity and inclusion, social responsibility, working with volunteers, sustainability and creating a healthy working environment.
Throughout her life Samia has had a commitment to nature, conservation and biodiversity and is extremely excited by the opportunity to make a contribution to the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
