Named after our National Nature Reserve, Waun Las (Blue Meadow), this London Dry gin highlights pollinator-friendly and native plant species and celebrates the honey produced by our own bees at the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
Distilled for us by The Gower Gin Company, this herbaceous, savoury gin has notes of honey and a refreshing mix of
meadowsweet, sea buckthorn, blackberry leaf, gorse flowers, heather and dandelion root. With the help of Gower Gin and the research of our Science Team, we have created an alternatively complex gin from some wonderfully simple ingredients and used our ever-popular honey as a key botanical.
