The National Botanic Garden of Wales

Using surplus material from our beautiful borders at the National Botanic Garden of Wales, our horticulturists propagate a range of interesting herbaceous and woody plants available to buy in our Y Pot Blodyn Garden Centre, next to our Gatehouse visitor entrance.

Our plants are grown peat- and pesticide-free, with all proceeds going back into the Botanic Garden’s charitable and conservation work.

To visit our Y Pot Blodyn Garden Centre, no admission fee is needed. Sustainably grown plants from a range of other suppliers are also available, plus there is a lovely café. Opening hours are the same as the Botanic Garden.
