The Garden has eight venues for corporate hire available during the day or evening
Each has its own unique character, is fully accessible and is available during the day or in the evening. Seating within the rooms can be tailored to your particular need.
Day Delegate Package Rate of £18.95 (plus VAT)
A day delegate package allows for easy calculation of expenditure for your event. Each day’s delegate pack includes the following:
Room Hire for the day includes for all bookable spaces
Mineral Water
Refreshment breaks: arrival, mid-morning & mid-afternoon including cakes or biscuits & speciality teas
Buffet Lunch – finger buffet, juice & water/tea & coffee
Equipment such as a laptop & projector.
If you choose a Day Delegate Rate, then the minimum number of 10 delegates must apply.

1. Tŷ Melyn
Tŷ Melyn has three splendid conference rooms ranging in size from a cosy boardroom for eight, up to theatre style for 100 delegates. Each room has excellent access, projector screens and multimedia equipment installed. All rooms have natural daylight and wireless access. A superb venue, suited best for:

2. The Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is situated upstairs from the restaurant. It comprises of a balcony area and an adjoining room. The room can accommodate up to 25 in a boardroom style and 18 cabaret. The balcony is useful as a breakout area or for serving refreshments.

3. Theatr Botanica
An intimate theatre room to seat 55. This fantastic facility is fully equipped with projector screen, ISDN links, and excellent surround sound and lighting. A real gem, it has a wide capability as a small and unusual venue. A unique and extraordinary venue, suited best for:

4. Caffi Botanica & Courtyard
Caffi Botanica has a fully fitted kitchen, which prepares traditional and contemporary cuisine. Catering for large or small occasions is no obstacle.
The Courtyard makes for a charming setting in the summer, whilst the variety of dining facilities indoors can accommodate up to 120 guests.
5. Great Glasshouse
This stunning venue can be used for a variety of different events including weddings and large corporate evening meals. In a theatre style it can accommodate up to 270 people for musical performances and theatre productions and 100 for evening dining.

6. Oriel Yr Ardd Gallery
The quiet tranquillity of the Gallery makes for an ideal location for intimate events such as weddings, birthday celebrations or exclusive corporate dining.
