Come and join us for a behind the scenes tour of the Great Glasshouse.
Explore this subterranean level and find out more about how this iconic building is run, maintained and heated. A member of the maintenance team will lead a tour through a myriad of corridors and enter an area which is very different from what visitors see above.
This tour is at 11am and will last an hour.
Tour starts at the western entrance of the Great Glasshouse.
There is a charge of £7 for members and £8 for all other visitors.
Booking is essential for this tour as spaces are limited.
This tour is in aid of the National Garden Scheme, who are one of the partners for our Apprenticeship in Botanical Horticulture.
Normal Garden admission also applies.
Remember that you can use our special seven-day ‘boomerang’ ticket to come back as many times as you like, for seven days after your initial, paid-for visit.
