Garden Basics Course

Get to know the basics about your garden, where to start with planning and designing your garden and understanding what plants will thrive.

You will learn how to test your soil, the foundations of a site survey and we will look at garden design ideas and principals for you to go away with and be inspired to get started.

Cost

£20 which includes entry to the National Botanic Garden of Wales.

About your trainer

Megan Jordan is a gardener and horticulturalist from Wales, but she undertook her training and early work experience in Cornwall.

Having moved back to Wales, Megan is delighted to be working for the Growing the Future project at the National Botanic Garden of Wales.  She is passionate about sharing knowledge and skills that will help everyone get the most out of whatever outdoor space they have.
