Go WILD in the Garden this Summer

Mon 22 Jul 2024 10am - 6pm Normal admission applies

From Monday 22nd July to Friday 30th August 2025,  the Botanic Garden is the place to be over the summer holidays with an exciting range of Go WILD  family activities to take part in. We have pond dipping, campfires, den building, a bug hunt in the meadows, circus skills, themed character days and much more!

With special activities of the summer holidays and 568 acres to play with, this summer will be wild.

Botanic Garden activity leader Emily Ivens said: “Our activities suit all age groups so there really is something for everyone, whether that be building a camp fire, making dens, a minibeast hunt, pond  dipping, arts and crafts, fun and games.”

“It’s a great time to discover the Botanic Garden, get close to nature, enjoy a real day out and make some very special memories.”

The British Bird of Prey Centre is open every day, with amazing flying displays at 11.30am and 2.30pm.
