We’d love you to join us at The National Botanic Gardens, for INCLUDE, a CPD-accredited employer event offering practical support, insight and guidance to help organisations build more inclusive approaches to recruitment.
Delivered by Legacy in the Community, in partnership with Business Wales, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Disabled People’s Employment Champions (Welsh Government), the event will support employers to build more inclusive, accessible, and effective recruitment practices.
This is not a careers fair or a general EDI event. INCLUDE is designed specifically to help employers understand how to recruit, support, and retain disabled talent, while also raising awareness of the Disability Confident Scheme and the benefits it can bring to organisations.
