It features five larger-than-life sculptures of characters from the ever-popular books created by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler: Mouse, Fox, Owl, Snake and the Gruffalo.
The trail will be open every day with the aim of encouraging children to enjoy the great outdoors and adventure into the woods.
The characters were made by Garry Turler, a chainsaw art and wood sculptor from Cwmtwrch, in the Swansea Valley.
