Welly Wednesday – 11am

How to book

Welly Wednesday features an hour of fun outdoor activities, story telling and exploring for pre schoolers.

The next session is ‘Cuckoo Comes Back’

The children will make their own binoculars to do some bird watching. We will find a cuckoo in the woods, learn his song and find out more about this allusive bird.  Then we will look for his mate finding and identifying other birds along the way.  There will be a story and songs at the end as usual.

Meeting point at the “Back to Nature” woods, take a right once through Gatehouse.  Please dress for the weather, and you can bring a snack to eat.

Spaces are limited to 10 children per session (no more than 2 children per adult – 1 ticket = 1 child), adhering to the social distancing guidelines.

Please reserve tickets here

Please note that we have a new booking system. After booking, if for any reason that you are unable to attend the session, can you please email angharad.phillips@gardenofwales.org.uk or phone 01558 667177 to cancel your space as this session is in high demand.
