Yoga – The Golden Thread: Sadhana and the Rhythms of Nature

How to book

The Golden Thread: Sadhana and the Rhythms of Nature:

This four-part course explores Sadhana – the path of practice – and the interrelationship between us, our environment and our inner nature.

Following the cycle of the seasons, the tools of yoga and a deepening awareness of nature, we invite participants to undertake their personal quest through Sadhana for a full year with practices both in and outdoors.

Practices will include Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, stories and contemplation. You will be provided with reading and recorded materials to support the development of practice. Telephone, email and group contact are offered between sessions.

Based in the ‘Growing the Future’ (Canolfan Tyfu) classrooms, we will also be practising in the meadows, woodlands, by lakes and the Garden’s varied spaces.

The course fee is £245. This includes tuition, resources, entry to the Garden, lunch and teas.

Group size is limited to 12, so please book early to ensure a place.
