Free entry for Dads on Father’s Day

The first 50 fathers through the door can claim free entry and a free pint of beer on Sunday, June 16th. There’s magic and balloon modelling by everyone’s favourite conjurer Jugglestruck, and toe-tapping traditional Dixieland-style jazz music from the Moonshine Boulevard band.

Meantime, there’s a fflat owt performance from the king of country folk pop, the Welsh Whisperer. There’s a guarantee of fun, laughter and mentions of Mansel Davies in this show by someone who states that his influences include “the breath of a mountain goat on a winter’s morning”. He will playing two sets at 2pm and 3pm.

And if dad needs to brush up his plant identification skills, why not take him on our Woodland Wildflower Walk, with our volunteer expert Dr Michael Isaac, at 2pm.

Entry is FREE for Garden members and parking is FREE for all. The Garden is open 10am to 6pm and last entry is at 5pm.
