The Garden is a charity which is governed by a Board of Trustees. The position of trustee is voluntary and together their role is to support the Director in implementing the Garden’s vision and strategy.
Paul is currently Secretary General with Botanic Gardens Conservation International and has recently moved to Llanwrda in Carmarthenshire. Previously he was Special Advisor to Global Crop Diversity Trust, worked at Kew from 1997 – 2014 and led on the Millennium Seed Bank Partnership.
